Senior lateral partner role in a corporate practice based in Atlanta. The position focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate governance work across a range of commercial clients.

The team seeks a technically strong transactional lawyer with approximately 15 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and clear client-facing communication abilities.

There is an expectation of business development capability and a foundation of portable client relationships to help grow and lead the practice locally and regionally.

Approximately 15 years of corporate/transactional experience, with substantial M&A and private equity work
Deep knowledge of corporate governance and transactional processes
Excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills
Proven business development ability and some portable client relationships
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
