Partner, Corporate (M&A) — San Francisco

Senior corporate partner opportunity to lead and grow an established M&A and transactional practice in the San Francisco office of a leading US law firm. The role is client-facing and requires handling complex buy- and sell-side transactions, joint ventures and strategic corporate work.

The successful candidate will build and nurture client relationships, manage deal teams, and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on multi-jurisdictional matters. There is an expectation of business development and contribution to expanding the office s corporate footprint — a portable practice is welcome.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and transactional corporate work
• Track record of originating or managing significant client relationships; portable business welcomed
• Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates
• Admission to the California bar (or ability to qualify) and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Strong commercial judgment, client development skills, and collaborative approach
