Partner, Corporate (Mergers & Acquisitions) — Atlanta

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Atlanta corporate practice focusing on M&A and transactional work. The role will involve originating and managing mid-to-large corporate transactions across a range of industries, leading deal teams and advising clients from formation through closing.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team with broad regional and national platform support, play an active role in business development, and help grow the practice’s transactional capabilities in the Southeast market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established M&A / corporate transactional practice with demonstrated origination and client management skills
• Active admission to the Georgia bar (or willing to transfer); strong commercial judgment and leadership experience
