Senior corporate partner role for an established national firm seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to lead and grow a market-leading practice in Minneapolis. The role focuses on M&A, transactional matters and corporate governance across middle-market and larger clients.

The successful candidate will advise on complex transactions, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-office teams. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for originating new business and expanding client relationships.
