Partner, Emerging Companies & Venture Capital — Orange Country

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an established emerging companies and venture capital practice in Orange Country. The role focuses on advising startups, growth-stage companies and venture investors on financings, equity arrangements, corporate governance and strategic M&A.

You will blend client-facing work with business development and practice leadership: originating new client relationships, managing deal execution, and mentoring junior lawyers within a small, collaborative team.

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant US jurisdiction(s)
• Proven experience advising startups, emerging growth companies and venture capital investors
• Demonstrable track record of originating and leading complex financings and corporate transactions
• Strong business development and team leadership skills
• Portable book of business of $2 million+ (USD)
