Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Boulder office. The role focuses on delivering high-level counseling and advocacy on employment matters, including executive compensation and benefits, wage-and-hour issues, and labor relations.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising employers across multiple industries, handling both transactional work and litigation/administrative matters. This is an opportunity to lead client engagements and develop a practice within an established platform while enjoying autonomy in case and client management.

  • Established partner with demonstrated experience in employment & labor law, including executive compensation and benefits matters.
  • Proven track record of advising employers on complex employment issues and managing litigation or administrative proceedings.
  • Business development capabilities; a portable practice or the ability to originate and grow client relationships preferred.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-office teams.
