Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver employment and labor practice. The role focuses on counseling employers on day-to-day workplace issues and representing them in litigation, administrative proceedings, and union-related matters.

The team handles a mix of preventative counseling, policy drafting, internal investigations, and defense work before state and federal agencies and courts. This is an opportunity to build regional presence within an established platform and to work collaboratively with colleagues across practices and offices.

Established partner with extensive experience in employment and labor law (representation of employers).
Track record of handling litigation, agency proceedings, and preventive counseling; courtroom or administrative hearing experience preferred.
Proven business development skills; portability of client relationships or demonstrable ability to originate work is advantageous.
Strong client-management, writing, and team leadership abilities.
