Senior employment & labor partner opportunity to lead and grow a market-leading practice from the firm’s Dubai office. The role focuses on advising regional clients across employment, workforce restructuring and regulatory matters, and will involve significant client-facing work and team leadership.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development across the UAE and wider region, mentor and manage associates, and work collaboratively with related practice groups on cross-border matters.

• Portable book of business of £500k+ (GBP)
• Established partner-level track record in employment & labor law
• Proven business development and team leadership experience in the Middle East or comparable market
