Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in the Fort Lauderdale office. The role focuses on advising employers on a full range of labor and employment matters, including counsel on workplace disputes, compliance, and preventive strategies.

The team represents a broad client base across industries and works on both litigation and counseling matters. The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice or to join an existing client-focused team with substantial regional resources and national reach.

Established partner with experience in labor and employment law (litigation and/or counseling).
Proven track record of client development; portable practice歓迎ed.
Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills; ability to lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction (Florida) and eligibility to practice in the Fort Lauderdale office.
