Experienced litigation partner wanted to lead and grow an employment & labor practice in a busy Raleigh office. The role focuses on defending and advising employers on workplace disputes, wage-and-hour matters, discrimination claims, and related litigation, while supervising case strategy and trial preparation.

The position combines client-facing work, team leadership, and business development. You will manage a caseload, mentor associates, and help expand client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrated ability to generate work is welcomed.

Established partner or equivalent senior litigation experience in employment & labor law
Proven track record handling complex employment litigation and trials or high-stakes disputes
Experience supervising associates and managing litigation teams
Strong client-development skills; portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability preferred
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain it
