Senior hire sought to lead and grow a busy employment and labor litigation practice in the Tri-Cities office. The role will focus on managing contested employment matters, counseling employers on workplace litigation risk, and supervising a team of litigators across state and federal forums.

This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for originating and developing client relationships, overseeing case strategy, and mentoring more junior lawyers. The team serves a broad range of employer-side employment and labor matters.

  • Partner-level experience handling employment and labor litigation matters (defense or plaintiff-side experience acceptable).
  • Proven track record managing litigation teams, complex cases, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Demonstrated business development ability; portable client relationships or a plan to originate work preferred.
  • Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong client-management skills.
