Partner — Litigation & Employment (Tri-Cities)

Well-established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tri-Cities office to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice. The role will handle commercial litigation matters with a heavy emphasis on labor & employment, professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation.

The right candidate will take responsibility for managing and developing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to the office’s business development efforts. There is an expectation of a portable practice or demonstrable client development capability.

• Established partner with a track record in commercial litigation and employment/labor matters
• Experience handling professional liability, healthcare-related disputes and construction litigation preferred
• Proven client development skills and ability to bring or grow portable business
• Trial and dispositive motion experience; strong writing and advocacy skills
• Admission to practice in the relevant state jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
