Partner — Employment & Labor & Tax, Stuttgart

Leading national practice seeks an experienced partner to join the Employment & Labor and Tax teams in Stuttgart. The role combines high-level advisory work on employment and tax matters with responsibility for originating and growing client relationships.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, work across practice groups on cross-disciplinary matters, and mentor senior associates. This is a visible business-development role with firm-wide practice-building responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience advising on employment and labor law and related tax issues
• Strong track record of business development and client management
• Admitted to practice in Germany and fluent in German and English
