Leading Zurich office seeks a partner to lead and grow its Employment & Labor practice. The role involves advising Swiss and international clients on complex employment, workplace restructuring and compliance matters, and leading high-value advisory and contentious work.

This is a partner-level opening with responsibility for developing business and mentoring a team of experienced lawyers. The team works across cross-border matters and with other practice groups on integrated client solutions.

The firm welcomes candidates with an established portable practice who can contribute immediately to client generation and practice development in Switzerland.

Recognised qualification to practise in Switzerland (or equivalent) and substantial experience at partner level in employment law.
Proven track record advising on complex employment and labor matters, including restructurings and dispute resolution.
Demonstrable business development skills and an existing portable client base or clear ability to generate new mandates.
Strong leadership and mentoring experience within a senior team environment.
