The role combines complex litigation and regulatory work across energy and infrastructure sectors, with room to lead high‑profile disputes and regulatory responses.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that advises utilities, developers and other commercial clients on contentious and compliance matters. This is a visible role offering partnership-level responsibility for client management, matter strategy and business development.

Established partner with substantial experience in energy, environmental or infrastructure litigation and regulatory matters
Proven litigation and regulatory advocacy skills before state and federal bodies
Track record of client development and ability to lead matters and mentor junior lawyers
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Minnesota
Portable client relationships/book of business will be viewed positively
