The role focuses on transactional and regulatory matters across energy and infrastructure sectors, with opportunities to advise on environmental permitting, compliance, and project development.

The team supports flexible, location-agnostic arrangements and values a commercially oriented partner who can work across cross-functional groups. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibilities and opportunities to shape practice strategy and grow the team.

Established partner with substantial experience in energy and environmental matters.
Proven track record on project development, infrastructure transactions, regulatory permitting, or environmental compliance.
Portable client relationships and an ability to originate and develop business.
Strong leadership, mentoring skills, and ability to work collaboratively across practices and offices.
