Partner, Compliance & Regulatory (Environmental) — Portland

Senior hire to lead and grow an environmental and regulatory practice in Portland. The role focuses on counseling clients on environmental compliance and regulatory matters, with CEQA experience strongly preferred.

The partner will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, manage complex regulatory matters, and drive business development to expand the practice regionally. Opportunity includes significant client-facing work and cross-practice collaboration.

• Proven partner-level experience in environmental regulatory and compliance matters; CEQA experience desired
• Track record of leading teams and managing client matters from intake through resolution
• Strong business development skills and ability to expand a regional practice
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
