Seeking an experienced lateral partner to lead and grow a compliance and government-contracts practice in the Portland office of a leading international law firm. The role will combine client advisory work on regulatory matters with counselling on government procurement and related public-sector issues.

The partner will be client-facing, responsible for originating and developing business, and for supervising a small team of lawyers and staff. A portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be considered as part of the appointment.

Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory compliance and government contracts.
Proven record of client development and relationship management; portable business desirable.
Strong team leadership and supervisory experience.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work in Portland.
