Senior hire sought to lead and grow an established Energy & Environmental practice in the Rochester office of a leading national firm. The role combines client-facing work on regulatory, permitting and project-related matters with responsibility for originating and expanding commercial energy and infrastructure engagements.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the team, working across office and practice boundaries to service regional clients and national accounts. This is a practice-building opportunity open to candidates with a portable client base or demonstrated origination capability.

Established partner-track background or current partner with a strong Energy and/or Environmental practice.
Proven track record advising on energy projects, permitting, environmental compliance or infrastructure matters.
Demonstrated client origination and business development ability; portable practice preferred.
Experience managing and mentoring teams and collaborating across offices.
Active bar admission and good standing.
