Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley energy and environmental practice. The role targets partners with a strong focus on renewables, energy projects, regulatory matters and related private equity work.

The team advises sponsors, funds and corporates on project development, financings, regulatory approvals and transactions in the U.S. clean energy sector. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and ideally a team who can help grow market presence in the region.

Established partner with demonstrable experience in renewable energy, project work or energy regulatory matters
Track record of originating and leading transactions or regulatory mandates; portable practice preferred
Experience working with private equity or sponsor-side clients advantageous
Strong client development skills and ability to collaborate across cross‑border teams
