Partner — Energy, Environmental & Tax (Orange County)

Senior partner opportunity within a well-established practice seeking an experienced energy and environmental lawyer to lead regional engagement from the Orange County office. The role combines energy regulatory and transactional work with tax, maritime and construction-related matters across renewables, oil & gas and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be a client-facing leader who can originate and grow business, manage and develop a cross-disciplinary team, and work closely with public- and private-sector clients on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admitted to practice in the relevant state(s) with active bar membership
• Significant partner-level experience in energy (renewables or oil & gas), environmental and related tax matters
• Proven track record of originating client work and leading client relationships
