Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its West Palm Beach office to lead and grow the Energy and Environmental practice. The role will handle transactional, regulatory and permitting matters for energy and infrastructure clients across the region.

The partner will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team on matters that span project development, regulatory compliance, and infrastructure implementation. The hire will take a visible leadership role in business development and client relationship management.

Partner-level experience in energy and environmental matters, including project development and regulatory work
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice desirable
Strong technical knowledge of energy/infrastructure permitting, regulatory frameworks, and transactional documentation
Experience leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and coordinating cross-practice matters
Licensed to practice in Florida or able to waive into the jurisdiction
