Established law firm in Zurich is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Energy and Environmental practice. The role combines client-facing business development with technical advisory work across regulatory, transactional and project-related matters in the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will be expected to bring an established market presence and to develop a portable practice while collaborating with a cross-disciplinary team in Zurich. This is a senior, partner-level role with responsibility for originating and managing mandates and mentoring junior lawyers.

Senior partner-level lawyer with a strong track record in energy and/or environmental law.
Proven portable client relationships or demonstrable ability to originate and grow business.
Experience with regulatory, transactional and project advisory work relevant to energy and environment.
Qualified to practise in Switzerland or admissible to local bar; fluent in English and German preferred.
