Equity partner opportunity with a well-established law firm seeking a senior capital markets practitioner to join its Newark office. The role focuses on leading complex securities and finance transactions, originating work and developing client relationships across corporate and capital markets matters.

The successful candidate will take a frontline role on deal execution, mentor and grow a team of associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups to expand the practice's footprint in the region.
