Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a finance and banking practice from the Boston office. The role focuses on lending, bank regulatory-facing transactions and capital markets matters across commercial and institutional clients.

The successful candidate will originate and manage client relationships, supervise deal execution, and work closely with industry-focused teams to drive cross-practice opportunities. The firm is open to candidates based nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions.
Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Strong commercial judgment and experience working with lenders, borrowers and capital markets participants.
Business development orientation; portable book of business welcomed.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Boston office.
