Partner — Finance & Banking — Boston

Seeking a lateral partner to join and grow a busy finance and banking practice. The role focuses on originating and leading syndicated lending, leveraged finance and related banking transactions, advising borrowers and lenders across complex financing matters.

This is a location‑flexible position with an evaluation on a sliding scale; competitive billing rates apply. The successful candidate will supervise deal teams, develop client relationships, and collaborate with cross‑office specialists on transaction execution and risk management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in finance and banking transactions, including syndications and leveraged financings
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Experience leading teams and managing complex deals from mandate to close
