Seeking a lateral partner to join and grow a busy finance and banking practice. The role focuses on originating and leading syndicated lending, leveraged finance and related banking transactions, advising borrowers and lenders across complex financing matters.

This is a location‑flexible position with an evaluation on a sliding scale; competitive billing rates apply. The successful candidate will supervise deal teams, develop client relationships, and collaborate with cross‑office specialists on transaction execution and risk management.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established track record in finance and banking transactions, including syndications and leveraged financings
Proven client origination and relationship management skills
Experience leading teams and managing complex deals from mandate to close
