Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate / Securities, Houston

Established practice group in Houston is seeking a partner to lead and expand transactional work across finance, corporate and securities matters. The role will focus on originating and executing deals for private equity, venture capital and capital markets clients while supervising a team of associates.

The successful candidate will join a busy, multi-discipline practice and be expected to drive business development, maintain high-quality client service and collaborate with colleagues across U.S. offices.

• Established partner with a strong track record in finance, corporate and securities transactions
• Significant experience advising private equity, venture capital and capital markets clients
• Proven business-development and client-originating ability
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligible) and strong academic credentials
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
