Senior finance partner opportunity to lead and grow a commercial finance practice from the firm's Greensboro office. The role will focus on advising lenders and borrowers on a range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, syndicated financings, and workout/restructuring matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and manage client relationships, supervise deal teams, and drive business development in the Southeast market. This is a partner-level role with significant responsibility for practice growth and client retention.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in commercial lending and finance transactions
Proven client origination and business development skills
Ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers
