Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Greensboro. The role will involve advising lenders and borrowers on a range of commercial lending and structured finance matters and helping expand the regional finance practice.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role on transactions, manage junior lawyers, and develop client relationships. The office is open to flexible/local candidates.

Established finance and banking partner with demonstrable transaction experience (commercial lending, asset-based lending, or similar).
Track record of originating and managing matters; comfort developing a portable practice is preferred.
Strong project management and team leadership skills; excellent client-facing and business development abilities.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify.
