Lateral Partner, Intellectual Property & Corporate — Greensboro

Senior partner hire to strengthen and grow the intellectual property and corporate practices in the Greensboro office. The role will focus on patent and IP litigation, corporate governance matters, and related commercial work, with opportunities to collaborate across offices.

The firm is prioritizing candidates who can bring a strong portable practice and help expand corporate and IP capabilities regionally. Candidates should expect a partner role with flexible billing arrangements and the potential for equity consideration on a case‑by‑case basis.
