Partner, Corporate / Intellectual Property / Litigation — Greensboro

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Greensboro office to help grow the corporate, IP (including patent litigation) and broader litigation practices. The role offers the opportunity to lead matters, develop business and collaborate with teams across offices in the southeastern U.S.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base, experience managing complex corporate and IP matters, and the ability to work cross-practice on M&A, corporate governance and emerging-growth assignments. The firm is open to partners with portable practices and offers flexible commercial arrangements by practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Private practice partner track record in corporate, IP or litigation work
• Proven business development and client-management skills
• Experience with M&A, corporate governance, emerging-growth clients or patent litigation
