Partner — Employment & Labor, Corporate & IP Litigation — Greensboro

Leading regional law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a market-facing team in Greensboro. The role will focus on growing corporate work alongside strong practices in intellectual property (including patent and IP litigation), employment/ERISA, and mass-torts litigation.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable client base, be comfortable collaborating across offices in the Southeast, and help expand an existing platform. The team values partner-level rainmaking, client management, and a willingness to develop cross-practice opportunities.

• Bar admission and partner-level experience in relevant practice areas (corporate, IP litigation, employment/ERISA)
• Proven track record of originating and managing client work at partner level
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
