National law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Houston. The role will handle a broad range of financing matters, including bank financings, syndicated loans and capital markets transactions, for corporate and institutional clients.

The team works across industry groups and is open to candidates nationwide. The firm is particularly interested in experienced partners who can bring a portable financing practice and established client relationships.

Established partner with a proven finance/banking transactional practice
Substantive experience in bank financings, syndicated loans and capital markets transactions
Strong client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business welcomed
Licensed to practice in Texas or able to seek admission promptly; willing to be based in Houston
