Senior partner opportunity in Orange County for an experienced lawyer to lead and grow combined finance and IP litigation work. The role will focus on managing high-stakes patent litigation while supporting complex leveraged and structured finance matters within a busy, multi-disciplinary practice.

The team serves a national client base and seeks a partner who can be a visible practice leader, mentor junior lawyers, and drive new business. The role offers broad platform support and collaboration across practice groups and offices.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP matters
Proven experience with leveraged or structured finance transactions and ability to handle cross-practice matters
Track record of business development, client management, and team leadership
Active admission to the relevant state bar (California preferred) and eligibility to practice in the US
