Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation — Orange County (Irvine)

Lead and grow a patent litigation practice from the firm s Irvine office, handling complex district-court and ITC matters and managing multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires strategic case management, courtroom and appellate advocacy as needed, and cross-practice collaboration on licensing and counseling issues.

This is a rainmaking partner role: you will maintain and expand client relationships, lead business development for the practice group, and mentor associates while driving service and profitability goals.

• Significant experience handling patent litigation matters, including trial and dispositive motion practice
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate and expand client work
• Strong management and mentoring experience for associates and litigation teams
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
