Partner — Finance & Banking (Los Angeles)

Seeking a lateral partner to join a full-service finance team in Los Angeles. The role will handle a broad finance and lending practice across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), and public finance matters.

The position combines advisory work and dispute-related matters; candidates should be prepared to develop client relationships, manage deal execution and supervise junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capability is a plus.

• Established partner-level experience in finance and lending matters, including commercial and consumer finance.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Track record of supervising teams and overseeing complex transactions or financings; litigation experience in commercial/consumer finance matters a benefit.
• Bar admission in California or eligible to practice in California.
