Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking group based in Omaha. The role will focus on delivering high-value banking, corporate finance and capital markets work for a mix of regional and national clients.

Ideal candidates will build and lead client relationships, originate new business, and work collaboratively across industry-focused teams. The firm is open to speaking with candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice aligned to finance and banking.

Established partner-level experience in finance, banking and capital markets transactions
Proven client-development skills and a demonstrable portfolio of client relationships or portable practice
Ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers and work cross-functionally with industry teams
Strong commercial judgment, deal experience (loan financings, syndicated transactions, securities work) and excellent communication skills
