Established, growth-focused law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Finance & Banking practice from the Seattle office. The role combines originating and leading complex financings with managing and mentoring a team of transactional lawyers.

The position is open on a location‑agnostic basis with a physical Seattle base preferred; compensation and evaluation are competitive and assessed on a sliding scale. Portable client relationships and demonstrable business development ability are welcome and will be taken into account.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including syndicated loans, leveraged finance and/or acquisition finance
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business encouraged
Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to mentor associates and lead deal teams
Excellent commercial judgment, negotiation skills and client-facing presence
