Leading German law firm is seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities teams in Düsseldorf. The role focuses on capital markets and related financing transactions, advising issuers, banks and other market participants on complex securities and finance matters.

The office offers support from an established transactional bench and expects the successful candidate to build and develop a portable practice within the firm s broader financing platform. This is an opportunity to lead matters, originate work and play a visible business-development role in the region.

Established partner-level experience in finance, capital markets or securities transactions.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships or bring a portable practice.
Strong technical expertise in capital markets and financing documentation.
Admission to practise in Germany (or equivalent) and ability to work in Düsseldorf-based practice.
