Established national practice seeking a partner to join its Finance & Banking and Securities groups in the Raleigh office. The role will focus on capital markets work and related financing transactions across public and private markets.

This is a partner-level seat within a full-service international firm. The successful candidate will work with a cross-office team on transactions for corporate and institutional clients and help grow the regional securities and capital markets offering.

A portable practice and the ability to originate or expand client relationships in the region will be welcomed.

Partner-level experience in capital markets, securities and finance transactions.
Proven track record of leading deals and managing client relationships at the partner level.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-office deal teams and develop regional business.
Admission to relevant U.S. bar; regulatory and securities compliance experience preferred.
