Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance matters and will work with an established group handling complex transactions for corporate and sponsor clients.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer who will help grow the practice through client work and business development. This is an opportunity to lead significant deals, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in a busy, market-facing finance practice. Portable business is welcome.

Partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing complex financings and leading deal teams
Established client relationships and business-development ability (portable book welcomed)
Admitted to practice in the U.S.; strong commercial judgment and leadership skills
