Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on private credit and banking matters alongside a broad commercial finance practice.

Successful candidates will lead complex financing transactions, counsel institutional lenders and sponsors, and work across interdisciplinary teams on regulated and non‑regulated credit matters. There is opportunity to build and expand a portable practice within an established platform.

• Established partner with a proven finance and banking practice; substantial experience on private credit and commercial lending matters.
• Track record of leading complex financings and supervising deal teams.
• Strong client-development skills and ability to originate and grow portable work.
• Active bar admission and excellent academic and professional references.
