Senior finance partner role in a national U.S. law practice seeking an experienced partner to expand and lead client work across commercial lending, consumer finance (including card programs), public finance and associated commercial litigation.

The role combines origination and client relationship responsibility with hands-on matter management and team leadership. The practice handles a mix of transactional lending, regulatory counseling and litigation-adjacent issues for lenders and financial services clients.

• Established track record in finance & banking matters, including commercial lending and consumer finance
• Experience originating work and developing client relationships
• Ability to manage and mentor fee-earners and collaborate across practices
