The role focuses on complex financing transactions, banking regulatory matters and capital markets work, and involves client development, deal execution and leading cross‑disciplinary teams.

The team is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice. The successful candidate will help expand client relationships across industry sectors and play a visible business‑development role within the office.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or able to obtain admission)
Established partner with significant experience in finance, banking and capital markets matters
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
Strong commercial judgment, demonstrable business development ability and experience working across industry sectors
