Senior partner-level opportunity to lead and grow a banking and finance practice in a major Washington, D.C. office of a leading international law firm. The role involves originating and managing banking and finance matters, advising institutional and corporate clients, and working across a wide range of general banking & finance matters.

The firm is seeking a senior lawyer who will act as a practice leader and visible rainmaker in the market, mentor junior lawyers, and help shape strategic growth initiatives for the team.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance practice areas (general banking & finance).
Demonstrable track record of originating and advancing client work and business development.
Proven leadership and team-management experience, including mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted.
