Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston practice, focused on finance and corporate work. The role will handle transactional matters across private equity and venture capital financings and related corporate transactions.

The partner will be expected to originate and lead complex deals, provide strategic client advice, and work closely with cross‑functional teams across the firm. Portable business is welcome and will be considered in evaluating candidates.

Established partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with demonstrable work on private equity and/or venture capital matters.
Proven track record of leading deals, supervising teams, and managing client relationships.
Strong business development skills and ability to grow a portable practice.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to work in the United States.
