Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Finance team in the San Diego office with a primary focus on energy and project finance, including renewable energy transactions. The role will work on large-scale financings and advisory mandates across the renewable energy value chain.

Ideal candidate will help grow and lead a market-facing practice, collaborate with deal teams across offices, and contribute to business development in the region. This is a partner role with visibility and responsibility for originating and closing transactions.

Established partner with significant experience in project finance, structured finance or renewable energy transactions.
Proven ability to originate and lead financings and related commercial work; portable client relationships or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Strong leadership skills, track record of managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active JD and membership in good standing with the relevant bar.
