Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its San Diego office with a cross-practice role spanning finance/private equity, patent litigation in life sciences & technology, and antitrust litigation. The role will handle complex, high-stakes matters across those disciplines and collaborate with national teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable practice and established client relationships, and will play a leading role in business development and practice integration across offices. The position offers collaboration with experienced teams and a platform to expand an existing books-of-business.

Partner-level experience with demonstrable work in private equity/finance transactions and related antitrust issues, and/or patent litigation in life sciences or technology.
Proven track record of originating or significantly growing client engagements; portable book of business required.
Strong litigation and/or transactional skills appropriate to partner role; experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
