Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow an integrated Finance, Intellectual Property and Antitrust practice from the San Diego office. The role will blend patent litigation (with a strong life‑sciences and technology focus), antitrust work tied to private‑equity matters, and capital markets/finance transactions.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑disciplinary team, work across industry groups (private equity, life sciences, energy/tech) and help develop client relationships and cross‑practice opportunities. The office operates with transparent compensation and expects partner contributors to be both practice builders and collaborative team leaders.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Established partner track record in patent litigation, antitrust litigation, or finance transactions involving private‑equity clients
Proven client origination and relationship management skills; experience working with life sciences or technology clients preferred
Ability to collaborate across practice groups and mentor senior associates
