Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Antitrust (San Diego)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an integrated Finance, Intellectual Property and Antitrust practice from the San Diego office. The role blends transactional and contentious work, with a particular focus on private equity-backed deals, patent litigation in life sciences and technology, and antitrust matters arising from corporate transactions.

The team offers cross-practice collaboration on capital markets and energy matters, and seeks a partner who will both manage significant client matters and drive new business development locally and regionally. The position reports into firm leadership in the office and provides a platform to expand a portable practice.

• Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: finance/capital markets, patent litigation (life sciences/tech), and antitrust litigation or counseling.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters; portable book of business expected.
• Strong team leadership and ability to work across practices and industry sectors (private equity, life sciences, technology, energy).
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and readiness to be based in the San Diego office.
