Senior partner-level role to lead and grow a public law and regulatory practice in the firm's Chemnitz office. The role combines high‑level legal advisory work for public-sector and regulated clients with responsibility for business development and client relationship management.

You'll supervise and mentor a small team, steer cross-practice matters, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and develop client relationships is welcome.

Qualified lawyer in Germany with extensive experience in public law, government contracts or regulatory compliance.
Proven partner-level track record of advising public-sector and regulated clients.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable practice or client relationships advantageous.
Experience leading teams and working on cross-practice matters; strong commercial awareness.
Fluent German; English proficiency for international coordination.
