The role focuses on advising healthcare systems, life sciences organizations, and education-sector clients on transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes partners with a portable practice. You will join a team that serves cross‑sector clients across healthcare, life sciences and education, working on complex, high‑value matters and helping to grow a market-facing practice group.

Established partner or equivalent senior practitioner with a track record in healthcare and/or education matters.
Proven client-development ability and experience managing a portable practice; significant book of business preferred.
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory, transactional or life‑sciences matters and experience advising education-sector clients.
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring senior associates and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
